How do i earn points?
Shop in any of our Cacao Culture Chocolate Shops. In-store, just give your mobile number when you check out and our Chocorista will link it to your purchase. You'll get a QR code on your receipt you can scan to see your points. No cards, no complicated sign-ups.
How do i know how many points i got?
Scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt with your phone camera. The first time, you'll get a one-time code by SMS to confirm it's you—after that, it'll remember you automatically. You'll see your available points right there. Note: each QR code can only be scanned once, so if you've already checked it, ask a Chocorista for your latest balance instead. You can also just ask any Chocorista in-store to look up your points for you.
How do i redeem my points?
Redemption is currently available in-store only. Just let your Chocorista know before you pay that you'd like to use your points—every 50 points equals ₱1 off, and it'll be applied as a discount directly on your bill. Be sure to mention it before your order is finalized, as points can't be applied after payment.
