How do i earn points?
Every time you purchase from our website or any of our Cacao Culture Chocolate Shops, you earn points. Just provide your mobile number during checkout. You’ll receive an SMS confirming the points you earned. That’s it. No cards. No complicated sign-ups.
How do i know how many points i got?
You will receive an SMS notification every time you earn points. You may visit our website to check your points. Click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available points and coupons. Alternatively, visit any of our shops and ask our Chocoristas to check your points using our Cacao Culture Rewards Tablet.
How do i redeem my points?
On our website, click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available points. Input the amount of points you want to redeem to convert it into a discount coupon. Points are now converted into coupon which you can use or cancel anytime. In-store, just ask our Chocorista that you want to redeem your points. Your points will be applied as a cash-equivalent discount during checkout.
How do i use my discount coupon?
On our website, click on the REWARDS icon on the right hand side of the screen and input your mobile number. Enter the OTP (one-time pin) sent to your mobile and you'll see your available coupons. Click on use and proceed with choosing the product/s you want to buy and add to cart. Upon checkout, you will see the coupon automatically applied and the amount of the coupon automatically deducted on your total order.
