In this episode, we have collaborated with the cacao and chocolate blogger Max Gandy of Dame Cacao. We will be sharing with you about the millenials in the cacao industry and our insights about craft chocolate in the Philippines and around the world.
During Max's visit we were able to show her around Davao City, Kablon Farms in Cotabato City and also Cacao City.
As what she have observed in the Philippine's cacao industry, the country doesn't really have enough appeal.
So she gave us her tips for chocolate makers for stepping up the game is to be more visible online, execute good marketing strategy.
As a chocolate enthusiast and a blogger, she has written an article entitled, Millenials in Chocolate Around the World: 35 Under 35
where she interviewed chocolate makers and cacao growers around the world to tell their stories that haven't been told for way too long.
She uses her blog as platform to give them exposure and inspiration for aspiring choco makers.
