  • Kindly allow us 1-2 business days to confirm your payment and prepare your order for ship out. 
  • If your order must arrive by a certain date or time, please contact us via email at team@cacaoculturefarms.com to receive confirmation from us directly and make sure we can guarantee the time for you.
  • Please note that order processing time may be longer during major holidays (like Holy Week, Christmas, New Year's or Valentines) due to the large amount of orders we receive.
  • Cacao Culture is not responsible for shipping addresses entered incorrectly. Any additional costs or reshipments of product incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Temperatures and handling conditions may cause chocolate products to melt and form a thin, gray discoloration called “fat bloom.” The bloom does not affect the quality of the chocolate and it is still good to use. We ship all orders using packaging and insulation to protect the products against heat/melting. You may opt to purchase ice gel as add-on.

 

Order Processing Times

We make our very best effort to ensure that every order goes out within 24-48 hours upon receipt of the order during business days. Please note that order processing time may be longer during holiday time periods (like Holy Week, Christmas, New Year's or Valentines) due to the large amount of orders we receive.

Order Tracking

When you place an order on our website, tracking is available for all orders which you may receive via email or SMS, once your order has been processed.

 

Local Pickup

You may choose to PICK UP your products locally in Davao City.

Pick up Address:
512 Mangga St. Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City

Local pickup is available only from 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.

 

Shipping Days

Our main shipping days are Monday to Thursday. We may at our discretion, depending upon the destination and the weather conditions, choose not to ship out orders on any other day. The reason for this is to prevent the products from melting and/or getting held up at a shipping facility that is not temperature controlled. As muc as possible we do not ship out during weekends and holidays.
