NAMA CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES FAQs
1. What flavors are available and how much?
Our nama chocolate truffles comes in Dark, Milk and Matcha flavors. We release limited edition flavors depending on available ingredients and occasions so make sure to check out the flavors and pricing on our website from time to time.
2. How do i order?
You may order directly through our website. Our nama chocolate truffles are available and restocked for preorder from Tuesday to Friday. Our production is every weekend and delivery schedule is every Monday. Please note that we have limited availability per flavor.
You may also message us through our social media channels so we may assist you in ordering online.
We have experienced cancellations and non-response during our delivery schedule so we will now require FULL PAYMENT for pre-orders.
3. How do i pay?
You may pay via credit card, bank transfer (BDO or AUB) or via ewallets (Gcash or Paymaya).
4. Do you deliver?
Yes! Our nama chocolate truffles is available for delivery within Davao City only. We use different delivery service providers and book according to location/ availability.
Delivery schedule is every Monday between 9AM-4PM. If you need your order delivered on a certain time, kindly inform us immediately so we can prioritize it for scheduling.
Delivery fee depends on location and is shouldered by the buyer. You may also book your own delivery rider if you have a preference.
5. How much is the delivery fee?
We use different delivery service providers and book according to availability. As such, we don't have a set delivery fee per location. For estimate delivery fee, send us your complete address so we may check with our partner delivery companies. You may also check estimate fee by using Grab Express app and using our pickup location.

If you have a preferred delivery service, you may also arrange booking on your own. Wait for your order confirmation, book your preferred service provider and advise us if the rider is on the way to pick up.
5. I'm outside Davao City, can i still order?
We only deliver within Davao City and cannot deliver nationwide, just yet. Nama chocolate is temperature sensitive and we cannot assure quality if we deliver it using couriers. However, if you know someone who's traveling from Davao City to your area and can hand carry the chocolate for you, we may arrange for icepacks and insulation bag (for additional fee) to retain quality and freshness.
6. Where is your pickup location
Pickup is at Unit #15 Sonsoles Suites, Dao St. Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City. Our office hours is from 9am to 4pm.

Please wait for our email or SMS confirmation of your order. We don't accept walk-ins or visitors as of the moment.
7. Can i order it as a gift?
Sure! We'd love to help you surprise your loved ones in Davao City. Order through our website, let us know that you are ordering as a gift by leaving a message on the notes section. We'll print a small card for you for free. Add the delivery address and name of the recipient on the shipping details, pay for the order and we'll take care of the rest.
8. What is the shelf life of the chocolate?
Our nama chocolate truffles are made weekly and we use only fresh and quality ingredients. We recommend consuming it within 3-4 days for best quality. You may store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Nama chocolate is temperature and odor sensitive so keep it cold and away from other open food in your fridge.
9. Do you accept bulk orders?
We are still operating on a limited capacity and limited production schedule, thus we cannot promise to fulfill all requests for bulk orders. However, please do send us an email and we'll let you know if we can address your requirements. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
